Hi, I’m Courtney — a psychologist passionate about providing compassionate, neuroaffirming support for adolescents, adults, and mothers navigating life’s more overwhelming seasons.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My aim is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely understood, and able to show up exactly as they are.

Based in Brisbane and offering telehealth across Australia, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, motherhood and perinatal mental health challenges, body image concerns, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe therapy should feel human — not cold or overly clinical — and that meaningful change often begins within a space where people feel seen, respected, and supported.

As a mother myself, I also understand the complexity of navigating the motherhood journey — the identity shifts, emotional load, overwhelm, and pressure that can so often accompany caring for others while trying to care for yourself.

I work from a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred framework, recognising that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy.

I have particular interest in supporting:

  • Maternal mental health

  • Adolescents and young people

  • Anxiety and burnout

  • Disordered eating and body image concerns

  • Exploring ADHD through assessments

At Nourished Psychology, sessions are approached with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, supporting clients to build greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and wellbeing at their own pace.

A space to feel supported, understood, and less alone.

Therapy can provide space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself alongside caring for everyone else.

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re returning to support, you are welcome here.
