Who We Are

Hi, I’m Courtney.

I’m a psychologist (and a mum!) passionate about supporting women, adolescents, and individuals through life’s more overwhelming seasons with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

My approach is grounded in compassion, emotional safety, and creating a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood.

Therapy doesn’t need to feel cold, rushed, or clinical.

Many clients come to Nourished Psychology looking not only for strategies, but for a space where they can finally exhale — where they feel emotionally safe enough to explore what’s been difficult to carry alone.

Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your individual needs, with a neuroaffirming and compassionate approach at the centre of care.
